SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Injuring survivors does not trigger unbound

PLATFORM: PC/PS

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I downed survivor as T3 myers, i never triggered unbound+
