Hopefully someone from the team reads this!

Personally, I was actually a pretty big fan of the story in The Casting Of Frank Stone, and purchased the game on release. I thoroughly enjoyed meeting the new characters, the expansion on the lore for the Entity and her cult, and the resulting insight into how some killers can be made. I was super excited when I picked up Frank's doll at the endgame and saw he was called The Champion! Then when we are introduced to potential new survivors and how they get to the Campfire? It was an amazing blend of a Supermassive to DBD game for me.

While I am excited to see Frank in the game, I am thoroughly disappointed that he is relegated to just a skin for Trapper. The following interaction, posted here by another user, seems to be rendered untrue:

It feels like an outright crime to not have Frank be brought in with his own set of unique powers, Mori, and one or more of the original survivors we met in TCoFS. Even if the game was not a monumental financial success, if BHVR already has a model for Frank, why not close some of that monetary gap by releasing him and 1-2 survivors as a chapter?

Lately it feels like all of BHVR's attention is on licenced chapters we already know if, leaving the creativity of new, original characters left on the back burner. Especially with the loss of the Tomes and lore imminent, it gives the game a less personal and more empty feeling.

These characters from TCoFS deserve their time to shine in the realm on their own. I would gladly wait longer to see Frank as a chapter than as a skin, demoted to placing traps when he displayed a very unique and fresh power in TCoFS.

Who knows? A chapter might encourage more people to buy the game to learn about him and his power.
