Trapper can't set trap on Ormond main building landing

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:

PLATFORM: PC/Steam

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

  • go to Ormond main building, and up the first landing of the stairs inside
  • no prompt to set down trap appears.
  • Hatch spawned here later, so that may have had an effect

PLAYER LOGS:

  • Player logs are required from PC players only.

    Its the hatch you can't set traps on it. Hatch location is chosen in the start of the match and so it prevents trap placement on the spot it spawns. Still there is some odd behavior on the platform even when there is no hatch spawned there. Took a picture to show it more easily.

    You can't place a trap on the corner of the stairs like you could in the basement stairs. You also can't place traps next to the first steps up or down on these stairs. Some tests it let me put a trap next to the step going down from the platform but it had to either be near the railing or in the middle of the step so it would be pointless as survivor can go past it on the corner because the space would be enough for them. Would be nice to be fixed so you could place the traps on whole platform as long as the hatch is not spawned there. In the end there can only be one trap there anyway as setting one trap will block any additional traps to be placed on it. I also tested it out with hag too and she also had some odd behavior trying to place a trap on the platform but for her its not that drastic as her traps are easier to spring than Trappers.

    Here is the logs of me testing it out in customs if they are needed.
