SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Perks that prevent screaming will prevent the scream but will show the loud noise notification bubble to the killer. This should not happen if the scream is blocked the notification should not happen as there is no loud noise and thats how it worked originally.
PLATFORM: PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
- Have survivors with Calm Spirit
- Hook obsession
- Observe the loud sound notification but no scream

PLAYER LOGS: Log of me testing this out on custom matches with bots.
