Rift quests do not count properly

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: The Rift quests do not count properly and the data in game is different at two certain spots in the quest screen.
PLATFORM: Steam/PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I completed the rift quests for week 1 (it is 5 quests) and it is correctly showing as 5/9 on the summary on the left, but the Rift Pass Completion Quests are at 4/12, 4/24, 4/36 and 4/48. There is one quest missing in the count. If this is intentional, an explanation how this is counted would be appreciated. Thank you. :)
