SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: a hook on RPD east wing (at least i believe it was the east wing) spawned halfway inside of a wall, preventing survivors from being hooked on it
PLATFORM: PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: somewhere on the second floor of the map, i was carrying a survivor and walked towards one of the highlighted hooks and it had spawned in such a way that did not allow me to hook the survivor there
