Visual bug? Perpetual bloodlust?

While playing as Twins I gained bloodlust tier 1, broke a pallet and shortly sent Victor out to end chase after injuring the Survivor. Upon switching back to Charlette after downing the Survivor I was stricken with the image of having a 0 tiered bloodlust for the remainder of the game. It popped up when I controlled Victor and believe that is the issue. I have no idea if this actually gave me a speed boost or not.

Xbox Series S

Get at least 1 tier of bloodlust(optional?), break pallet to lose bloodlust. Hit Survivor, switch into Victor to down Survivor. Return to Charlette for pickup and had tier 0 bloodlust from Victor onto Charlette for rest of match.
