Hit Survivor from long distance on Toba Landing main building indoor pallet. This should not have been a hit

Enraged power vaulted over the indoor pallet in main building on the map Toba Landing as Ghoul. Survivor ran to the right to stay inside but got hit from a distance from the vault.
