    Once the gate is open and so long as it gives the survivors their escape sure. At that point no reason not to allow a concede option.

    Yeah, that would be the most elegant solution. I always figured, if EGC is active and the killer is farther than 20m or so from both gates, and no survivor is on hook, the killer could abandon and be replaced by a bot that simply walks and M1s survivor. Let the bot "push them out" in the same way the last survivor can choose to abandon and have their bot get mori'd instead of the actual player, what difference does it make to the rest of the players? All it does it make the game more bearable for the person that gets to leave early without affecting the remaining players gameplay at all. The match is over, let people leave without these time wasting frustrations.

    I think it would be better than killers having to endure it when they’ve already given up and feel “defeated” or survivors having the game end on them when they’re getting a significant win only to be rage quit on. Just put a killer bot in to finish out the match if the killer player leaves or abandons. I just want to play the match, and run out the gate when playing survivor idc if it’s a real player or bot at that point.

    As survivor you can leave when you lost by all your team slugged or when killer can mori you by default, as killere you can abandon when survivors are hiding for 10 minutes not doing their objective or when you are last player in the lobby (all survivors left). So as survivor you can leave in almost all losing situations and as killer you can leave just when you dont want to clean up bots or you dont want to look for some hiding survivors. I mentioned it earlier whats killer point when gates are open, all you can do is try to get more hooks/kills or go and force survivors out, just lost situations most of times not all killers can get kills in end game or protect hooked survivor when 2 or 3 other survivors come for rescue. So only thing abandom option for killer would do in this moment when gates are open is just save time and not give survivors the satisfaction of victory, same thing killer is robbed when he is about to mori last survivor by basekit, survivor can just abandon and dont stay to see the mori quite double standart isnt it?
