More general perk pool perks?

When are new general perks coming? I don't mean to sound rude but I would like there to be something new instead of having to wait three months, get the new characters, use all my points and then that's it. I would like there to be a few more, I would like a new one every once in a while

    I would be more in favor of adding more requirements for teachables before they appear in the bloodweb so that it’s not just the situation you describe: wait three months, spend bloodpoints, and repeat.

    i.e. Leapfrog achievement must be learned before Lithe appears in Feng’s bloodweb as a teachable
    or
    Nea must crouch for 1.5k meters before the teachable can spawn
    or
    As the Hillbilly, get stunned 100 times before Enduring can spawn as a teachable
    or
    Use Spirit Fury in 50 games before it can spawn in the bloodweb.
