No Rift Fragments awarded after a match

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: After playing a match, survivor or killer, I get no rift fragments at all. I played multiple matches of survivor, in some I died and in others I escaped. I played some killer matches too where I killed nobody and where I killed everyone, but even with that Im stucked at 20/100 Rift Fragments of the Tier 63
