Failed vault while scene perk animation

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: While in chase and with Scene Partner equipped, I will go to vault but I dont actually vault. I get the sound of a vault but I end up stuck on the same side of the wall. This has happened on multiple characters and various maps. It only occurs while my character is actively in the 'scream' animation that the vault malfunctions.

PLATFORM: PC

    All screams are broken like this. Screaming stops you from vaulting and will lock you in a locker permanently.
