No cosmetic in the lobby

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: When in the lobby no cosmetics are visible in the customization tab and you cannot change cosmetics outside of the store
PLATFORM: PC Steam
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: anytime the game is playing the bug is there even after restart
