2v8 is Laughable

Where to even start?

At the risk of sounding like every Twitter keyboard warrior, 2v8 is just a joke. Its literally a lose-simulator for Killer. You're que-ing up to mess around with your power until the inevitable moment the gates power up and 5-6 still living survivors BM in the exit gates like children to draw out their God Mode moment as long as possible. Rinse, repeat.

I know the whole novelty is double the numbers but seriously, 8 survivors is just way too many. Every gen flies away in seconds and there is ZERO way to stop it. Survivors just have far too much man power for even two S tier killers to combat, it literally doesnt matter how well you do in chase, how fast you get downs, if you slug if you tunnel, nothing means anything, there's just still too many players on gens and they vanish instantly. Survivor side is awful as well, I literally stand around doing nothing or taking chases (cause I'm brainless and can't stealth or loop even slightly), and I still get out every match unless I royally screw myself or get hard tunneled.

Game changing as it may be to suggest, we really need to look into lowering the number down to 2v6. It solves everything, almost. Less slots to fill means (slightly) better que times, still enough survivors to put up a fight but also means each player's choices and gameplay actually matters a little. It fixes so much about this whole mess.

2v8 is just a headache as is, its just a lose-simulator with a ten minute wait time, which I honestly wouldnt care that much about if "losing" was just the end of the match and thats that. But no, "losing" means 5-6 still alive survivors doing the chicken dance and mashing their keyboards in a frenzy while they relish their God Mode and achieve spiritual enlightenment or something. I dont know, YOU tell me why these people care so much about "winning" a video game and being immortal due to poorly designed mechanics.

    Im not experiencing the same problems, though I think its the case if Killers don't contest the Generators they will fail.
    And some Killers seem to want to take their sweet time getting a down rather protecting gens.

    I agree this feels like loss sim, get even halfway decent survs and it sucks. 20minQ for a 5min game with little to show for it.
