Resolution Scaling

Hello, im trying to get the resolution scaling (ScreenRenderSize) higher than 100%, because the game looks really blurry, i remember i had it at about 150 maybe a year ago but now its always locked at 100 despite everything i try to do,
is there anything i can do to fix?
