2v8: Stuck in textures due to pallets

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: I was lifted up by a killer in 2v8. Another survivor dropped the pallet. I escaped from the killer's hands, but I got inside the texture of the wall next to it. I couldn't get out of there until I was eaten by the Entity after the countdown. I couldn't move, but I could sit down or treat other survivors nearby.
PLATFORM: Steam
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Drop the pallet to free the survivor from the killer's hands - the freed survivor is stuck in textures.
