2v8 reward quest not updating

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: 2v8 complete 4 quests not updating.
PLATFORM: Steam PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Finished all the first tier of 2v8 quests and only gave credit for 1 on the reward completion quest.
