Make Trapper get some haste whenever someone is caught in a trap.

This way, he has a better chance to make it to the trap in time, and if he's far away (in a chase or whatever) then he will still gain some advantage. Basically this makes it so having a trap go off is never a bad thing for him.

    Could also let him use it in other chases too, reminding me of skull merchant when another survivor got scanned.

    So a random steps in trap and you die because of it. Yup. I'm all in.
