how do i get pinheads perks?

the devs said pinheads perks will be in the blood web, even if you didnt buy him after he left. but i cant get the perks though, i have a new account and didnt get any killers, and it looks like i have gotten all the perks i can get, but i dont have pinheads perks. i am a bit confused am i missing anything?

    They have not been added to the game yet. Nobody knows why but keep an eye on the patch notes.

    how it worked when demo went away was they were apart of the general pool of perks so if you just keep cycling through the bloodweb it'll pop up

    also perk names changed

    surge → jolt

    cruel limits →confinement

    mindbreaker → ? (i forgot this one)

    Maybe them not being added could be a good sign. At least according to Reddit lol.

    Behind the scenes talks perhaps? Hey just being positive! But to answer your question, I'm not sure about the perks. I'd like to try them for sure
