Not getting rift fragments from XP

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:

I am no longer getting the 5 rift fragments per game (or 500xp). I noticed it stopped whenever I finished all survivor quests. If I have daily quests I seem to get the 5 rift fragments after my game but then once my dailies are done I no longer get ANY rift fragments at all from XP. It will stay at the exact same number no matter how many games I play or XP I earn. Seems like a bug that's triggered by completing all survivor quests maybe? Whatever is going on it's annoying because I can't make any progress at all on the rift now that my quests are done.

    Haven't earned rift fragments for playing games in several days. Hopefully BHVR offers some compensation.
