The new quest system has lost the fun.

The new quest system is nice in that I never have to remember to do a quest again. Though it also means I am not actually trying to do any quests anymore they just happen. The big issue other than how slow I am now progressing on the rift because of it is that it has removed the fun of the old tomes. I miss carry a survivor X meters or as yui give bill a back rub type challenges. Those gave me something fun and unique to do in each game. The quests are just play the game now play the game 100 more times. Give me back my dailies that had me stalking to max with the shape. Seems like a real bad time to put such a poor quest system in the game with an expected influx of new players.
