Event offerings bloodpoint cost
With the item rarity color changes, event offerings were moved to a rarity class that costs 5000 bloodpoints, aka the same as iri items/addons. This is terrible and should be reverted before the anniversary. under the old sytem they only cost 2000 BP, there was no reason to increase the cost of event items by 2.5x.

Exactly! I was going to make this same suggestion. I sincerely hope they change it back to 2,000 BP.
If they don't, Escape Cakes, Survivor Puddings and Bloody Partystreamers will literally be cheaper than the Anniversary Cakes .

Oh please no, thats going to make grinding cakes so bad during the anniversary. Please BHVR change this.

Did they give a reasoning for it?
If not, my immediate thought would be because it lowers the priority of event offerings in the auto-complete feature of the Bloodweb. It will attempt to take other, lower BP cost items first, before taking more expensive items, meaning event offerings at MAX BP cost will have the least priority, along with non-event Iri items.
I would imagine this was in response to some complaints that have floated around, about an overabbundance of event offerings (bloodshot eye comes to mind).

I sincerely hope that this will get reverted.
It's ridiculous.
The one thing Event offerings had going for them was the fact that they were cheap. Taking that away makes it so every new event offering will be an overpriced, useless trinket that people will avoid.
REVERT THE EVENT OFFERINGS!!!

This needs to be reverted. Why would they change this in the first place? 😐

This seriously needs to be considered BEFORE the anniversary event starts. I gurantee the negative feedback is going to get much worse if this is not fixed before the event

How do you know that?

I had characters that I hadn't leveled up since the bloodmoon event when the update launched and when looking at their bloodwebs the event items that were still on there had their price increased to 5000 bp
