SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:Cosmetics are being removed from my account and I'm not getting refunded for my Bloodpoints spent and I'm loosing prestige. I have proof i losing cosmetics I earned and proof I'm losing them this is for all my survivors thats were prestige four our lower and the same for my killers
