Cage spawn bug on 2v8 Sanctum of Wrath

The cage spawning locations seem to be inconsistent with how they should be working. Normally you should be spawned away from the Killers onto the opposite side of the map but the spawning checks for anywhere that isn't around the shack side seem to be ignored. I was downed next to shack and the game placed me 2-3 tiles away from the same Killer at shack.

Video shows 2 instances in the same match where I was picked next to shack and got sent into a cage right next to shack.
