Bloody prestige portraits

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: I logged in and got a pop up regarding “bloody prestige portraits” It said that if you had prestige to 3 you’d get that bloody prestige portrait thing, and also if you had p3 before the update you’d get higher prestige lvl now because they changed it (p3 = p9?). But it had to been levelled up before the update 6.1.0. So it was is obviously a bug because that was years ago.
PLATFORM: Pc, steam.
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I just opened the app, and it popped up
VIDEO: (I don’t have a video or picture, because i didn’t realise until later that it was not something new, but something we had been offered years ago.
