Losing Rift Pass after Cross Progession

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: I bought the Rift Pass on PC, bought the Switch version of DBD and linked both games up, and lost the Rift Pass on both Switch and PC. I still have some of the early tier rewards from buying the pass originally, though.
PLATFORM: PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Buy Rift Pass on PC, connect Steam and Switch version via cross-progression, presumably load on Switch.
