An outside area of RPD won't accept biopod

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: You can't place biopods on a huge area on the street section of RPD
PLATFORM: All platforms
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Go to either RPD West or East, next to the outdoor gen and try to place a biopod on a wall. Not pictured on the video, but you can't place one over the upstairs' door either.
