Hitbox bug or problem?

I actually do not know if it a hit box problem or i have bad ping but whenever i am running away from the killer i always 2 steps away from the window but the killers always get me, and just recently i played a game on Silent Hill - Midwich Elementary School and i was playing against "The Wraith" when i vaulted over the second story window and as i was falling i was magically teleported back up into the killer arms, i hope this is a problem me and you can fix either its on my side or your side and thanks for reading this discussion i am simply getting tired of dying early in game cause of this problem.

    Its just how awful the servers track fast movement hits, something they've needed to fix for ages since adding more and more high mobility.

    it'd make the game feel a lot better.
