Quest spoiler collapsing does not persist

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: when collapsing sections of a quest chain (e.g. rift pass week 1, week 2, etc), then closing the quests tab and opening it again, the sections that you collapsed become uncollapsed again
PLATFORM:
PC, probably all
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
- Collapse any spoiler in quests
- Close quests
- Open quests
- That spoiler will be uncollapsed again
