Do they remove rift fragment gain from playing?

I'm curious because, before the hotfix, I believe you gain 5 rift fragment per match, now I cannot get anymore outside quest, is they state that on patch note or something? Or it just me thinking they give 5 rift fragment per match? Because I believe 100% you get 5 rift fragment and needed like 20 games to level up once in rift

    It is 5 Rift for 500 XP.

    But there seems to be a bug that u need 1 quest open or u get nothing at the moment.

    Look in the Bug section.

    But in general it seems more grindy without the quests now. You really need these quests to advance. I hope they fix this.
