Does TCoFS give new Original Survivors a cosmetic too?

So if you buy the Deluxe Edition, it says all original survivors get a shirt.

Is this something that continues as new Original Survivors become available? Or is it only Survivors that came out before this game?

I've only ever seen a Mikela with the t-shirt.

    I would expect it to only be for the survivors that released before the Casting of Frank Stone. I have the Murder Mill shirts and I'm quite certain I haven't been given any more for Taurie or Orela
