How long do you guys usually go without hearing back from Support?
I recently enabled cross-progression across Steam and Nintendo Switch in order to stack up my bloodpoints as much as possible for Springtrap, and unfortunately they didn't merge properly. I made a support ticket nearing two weeks ago, and the last I got a response over the email was 9 days ago. They did say that the investigation "could take a while", but I guess what I'm wondering is how long I should wait before potentially making a new ticket. I have an Epic Games account that I want to merge as well, but I don't wanna do so while I'm currently waiting to hear about the issues caused with the two I've already synced and possibly make things harder for the people working on my ticket.

So my request was simply closed and ignored after 7 days. I think support doesn't think much of us players.Maybe we should just stop purchasing their content, maybe then they'll notice.
