EU PLAYER NOT GETTING SAME QUEUE BP BONUS AS NA PLAYERS WHEN PLAYING ON NA SERVERS

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: im from uk and when i am queuing with my friends from america whilst playing on NA servers i don't get the queue bonus they do i get whatever i would get if i was still playing on a EU server, for example if it says the queue bonus for NA is 300% in 2 v 8 if it is currently only 200% on EU i only get the 200% bonus whilst my friends get the 300%. this also happens in the normal 1 v 4 gamemode as well the bonus might be 100% in NA but because it's only 25% at the time on EU i only get 25%. i am playing on NA servers so surely i should get the same extra incentive que bp like everyone else in the game?

As far as i am aware this happens at random, there are times when it is working like normal and other times this happens and it's been going on for a awhile now.

PLATFORM: STEAM

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

Step 1) Queue for a survivor match that has a different queue bonus than you are being offered
Step 2) play the game
Step 3) on the end game screen notice that you are only receiving your own servers bonus

    I am also experiencing this issue when I queue on NA West servers and my NA East bonus is different.
