Dev Update: Missing Perks with the self unhook prevention

Deliverance and Wicked are missing for the self unhook option. Both should only work if their given requirements are met.

Hey there. I can confirm that anything that guarantees a self-unhook - so yes, Deliverance, Wicked, and the anti-camping measures - will still work the same as before.

I think because they're a guaranteed unhook and not an attempt
