8.7.2 - Artist crows still have delayed feedback

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
In Patch 8.7.0. there were unfortunately a number of killer bugs, including The Artist. Among these was a noticeable delay in the visual and audio feedback when a Survivor is swarmed by a crow. It shows correctly on the HUD but the sound effect and the aura of the swarm occur a second or so later.
This was suppossedly fixed in patch 8.7.1: "Fixed an issue that could cause attack delays with The Artist's Crows."
However, this is not the case as can be seen below.
