Remove luck offerings from the game, reimburse BP per offering.
Remove Separation Offering
Remove reagent offerings while we're at it
Create new and useful/interesting offerings to replace them
Rework Slippery Meat and Up the Ante
Luck is an archaic mechanic and just needs to go so it's not abusable for the new go next prevention.
