Ongoing Issues with Macro Killers, Penalty System, and Match Quality

Dear [Developer/Support Team],

I’m writing this as a long-time player who genuinely enjoys the core gameplay of your title. The game itself is incredibly well-designed, and it’s clear a lot of care went into building its mechanics and atmosphere.

However, I must raise serious concerns that are making the game nearly unplayable in its current state — especially for those of us who play as survivors.

1. Macro Killers Ruining Matches
In over half of my recent matches — sometimes even 7 in a row — I encounter killers who clearly use macros. These killers either stand still, hit walls, or do nothing throughout the match. It's extremely frustrating to waste time in matches where no one is really playing.

2. Reporting Feels Useless
I report every macro player I come across, but there's no sign of any consequences. There’s no visible action, no feedback, and certainly no improvement. On the contrary, the situation seems to be getting worse day by day.

3. Unfair Penalty System for Survivors
When I try to leave these broken matches, I get hit with escalating matchmaking bans (1 minute → 5 → 15 minutes and beyond). Why are legitimate players being punished for leaving games that were already ruined by cheaters or macros?

4. Wasted Resources and Time
I often enter games with valuable items, add-ons, and offerings — all of which are lost if I match with a macro killer. And on top of that, I earn little to no Bloodpoints and waste 15–20 minutes per match. As a survivor, I’m constantly at a disadvantage and losing resources for no fault of my own.

This situation is deeply discouraging. As someone who has spent time and money on this game, I expect fair play, better moderation, and an actual response to in-game reporting. The current state of the game makes me question whether it’s worth continuing.

Please take this feedback seriously. The community deserves better.
