SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Challenge not completing

PLATFORM: PS4, PS5, XBOX

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Selecting the quest on tome 15 while using the required character no matter what way I try to do it the quest never completes. Tried it on ps4 ps5 and xbox and still not completing
