SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: nemesis tentacle not hitting point blank

PLATFORM: xbox

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: : I've tried playing nemesis in 2v8 after the bug fix and it seems like the bug fix ruined him because I've had like 4 times where the tentacle will be directly on the survivor and still not hit. This isn't over obstacles this was at point blank
