Cannot claim weekly free gift and any other bp "rewards"

I logged into dbd today to claim my weekly and mails, but the only thing I could claim was skins from the mail. When I try to claim the bp rewards I get an error (see bellow).

I have restarted the game 5 times now and verified the files as well.

Any advice on what to do?

    Update, tried claiming the weekly again and worked this time, so now it's just the mail rewards

    Another update, just got scammed of the twitch drops (200k bps and some badge) and I got only the badge, the bps didn't go trough either …

    My friends and I have the same problem. Can't redeem the weekly gift and the log in reward

    Hopefully it's just the servers since the PTB with sprigtrap dropped alot of ppl are playing so I hope it's just the servers being cooked. Though I really hope if you claimed the twitch drops they'll be refunded as well. If you haven't I recommend waiting till you can claim the mails and then claiming the twitch drops as well.

    Welp seems like I can claim the mail rewards now, but the twitch drop 200k didn't come trough and I can't reclaim it on there either …
