PTB: Event items in bloodweb cause Bloodweb Error or removal

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
Multiple issues with previous event items present in bloodwebs.
- Spend Bloodpoints option causes BLOODWEB ERROR for any bloodweb containing event offerings.
- Previous event offerings are removed from a bloodweb by opening, closing, then opening the bloodweb tab.
PLATFORM:
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
Open 9.0.0 [PTB v1.1405.1-16].
Flow 1:
- Open a bloodweb containing previous event offerings.
- Use the Spend Bloodpoints.
- Observe Bloodweb error.
Flow 2:
- Open a bloodweb containing previous event offerings.
- Close the bloodweb tab.
- Open the bloodweb tab.
- Observe that the previous event items are removed.
