Once you have signed in, on the right hand side you can use the "report bug" button to be able to fully report the bug you've encountered. Thank you.
Not receiving certain deep rift cosmetics
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: two cosmetic pieces that I have reached the tier to unlock have not been added to my inventory. Namely Flowery dream (deep rift) for Haddie and the Floral Hanfu (deep rift) for Feng
PLATFORM: Xbox series X
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Progressed through the rift as normal but upon completing up to those tiers I didn’t receive the cosmetics and the small “owned” that appears in the top left corner of the icon if the rift is nowhere to be found.

The same thing has happened to me with Feng's Floral Hanfu (Deep Rift)

I’m glad I’m not the only one with this issue, are you also on Xbox or is this a multi platform problem?

I'm having the same issue with items before the Deep Rift Fengs skirt and the Dredges body. On PC by the way.
