Shoulder The Burden bug

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: As someone Shouldered, the golden stripe didn't show up. I did hear a weird sound and a scream (and I thought it could be Shoulder) but there was no stripe. Making me have to chase a very unfavourable situation without me knowing they transferred a hook stage.

PLATFORM: PC (Steam)

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: As I got blinded someone used Shoulder The Burden on my tunnel out. The stripe didn't appear, only after I converted the person who used Shoulder The Burden (but by this time it's already too late).

    OTR also doesn't activate after getting shouldered. Shoulder is in the mud
