Twitch Drops not working

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
PLATFORM: PS4
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I claimed the first 2 twitch drop rewards, and have not recieved them. I have restarted my game multiple times, checked my mail in game, checked my twitch inventory multiple times, they have been marked as claimed, but I have not recieved them yet
