Megs Bloodweb not progressing

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Whenever i try to purchase the last item in the bloodweb namely the mystery box. It keeps reseting and not progressing the blood web further, keeping me on level 25 with the box still being the only item i can purchase.
PLATFORM: PC (Epic games)
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I was using the auto purchase in the blood web until it didn't allow me to continue
