SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: I should have unlocked feng min's "Petal Loop" (rift skin body), and am even many tiers past it but it isn't in my cosmetics and doesn't say 'owned' when i view it in the rift.
PLATFORM: steam
HOW: Nothing specific that i am aware of, just got past the tier to unlock it and didnt get it
