SpringTrap power and camera feedback
I feel like his power isn’t interactive enough or doesn’t feel jumpscarey and cameras are alittle underwhelming. I know I’m not the only one. I kinda wish cameras had a better function other than being base-kit aura reading/revealing killer. My suggestion is that camera prevent springtrap from using his axe power. But that’s where I suggest another power for him. Make him have phantoms like from the fnaf3 game and have them jumpscare survivors off cameras instead of power running out. Preventing them from closing off his axe power. Gives the cameras more meaning and makes it more skillful for spring trap to watch out for them other than just being revealed.

We know from brutal experience that giving survivors control over a killers power does not end well. It would be abused so badly if it could be disabled by the cameras.
The second idea isn't bad per say, its just not plausible. Its easy to forget that sometimes what we're asking for is entirely new mechanics/animations for an already finished project thats officially releasing in a few weeks. Realistically they probably have already brought up Phantoms multiple times through the design process but Scott likely said no.
The chapter needs more changes before release without a doubt, bug fixes included, but it needs to remain in the scope of being possible.

Yes given any mechanic the survivors would take advantage no doubt, like with the twins, though the second option helps counter it by making it the way houndmaster select generations for her dog, spring trap can select the doors to activate them. Honestly i just want them to add traditional jump-scares from the series which I haven’t seen them do in the ptb. I’m not expecting the phantoms to have like knights guard animations but instead just a quick jump-scare in the cameras exclusively. I do understand realistically it probably wouldn’t be added and more just suggestion.
