Unable to log in. Constantly getting error code 8001

PLATFORM: Xbox series x

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Occurs at log in screen

Further information: downloaded version 8.7.2


Cleared local save data, uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Nothing has worked. Able to play other games online.

    update: it’s sometimes saying error code 8005

    gets stuck on the validating privileges portion then I get the error message


    able to log in on PS4 with no issue. Had to do so in order to get player cloud ID
