is there any way to get unbanned after being banned?

So 800 days ago i got banned on steam for "Exploiting: Abusing bugs or errors in design to gain a competitive advantage" it was my first ever ban i didn't get a warning or nothing just got on one day and banned. now i think my ban is permanent cause i didn't get a time and it didn't say suspension and whenever i tried to reach out to bhvr my email was never gotten back to SO………….i am asking two questions 1 will i ever be unbanned or not. question 2 how do i know if my ban is permanet or not cause other people got the same ban and it was anytime from 3 months to 10 years

    Your ban will be permanent if you are still banned. Oh and they don't like you discussing bans on here either just so you know. They will almost certainly delete/lock this
