The One Change Ghoul NEEDS
Free hits feel awful, you shouldn't have to accept you're getting hit without any skill from the other side.
Fundamentally, Ghoul's initial injury will always be easy. We can't fix that, but we can improve it.
In attempt to nerf the grab, the total range was nerfed by -2. It didnt effect Ghoul balance wise, and barely helped the issue. It just feels bad and became really annoying for the killer.
Firstly, we need to separate the environment range from the grab (injure) range.
Currently, both are 14 meters, 15 with handkerchief.
The grab range should be nerfed to 8 - 10.
The enviroment range should be buffed back to 16.
Additionally, handkerchief should be reverted to 2 meters.
With these changes I can see Ghoul being a lot more tolerable as survivor, and fluid as killer.
Also, the CD after breaking a pallet is a tad too long. It was 2.5 initially, 5 seconds now.
3.5 - 4 seconds would be fair.

I like this one because it wouldn't weaken the ghoul mobility, hopefully Bhvr will consider it.

Yeah thanks! Unfortunately, the way BHVR chose to address this issue affected his mobility.

His power cooldown should also be reduced, but alongside a vault nerf.
Per token CD should be 3s from 4s (not enraged) and 2s from 2.5s (enraged), and the base vault time should be 1.35s. But the grab vault should be nerfed to 1.2s. And kidnap patched out.

i think you right. and we need to increase a bit stun after pallet/window vault from ability

not a bad idea, tbh. I just stopped playing kaneki after the latest nerfs and went back to Legion.

They nerfed range of leap, grab distance, vault speed, enraged time, hit with power after vaulting reduced range and added token loss after breaking the palette then make it doble the time, fixed biggest issue kidnap tech, what else i missed. Some players still think he is top a-tier sorry but i dont think he is above drac, larry, billy. Now he needs more precision more than before and he cant brute force you like before and he must down you with m1( only one of three ways how he can down you, the other two are survivor mistake and big misplay) and chase you down like legion, yes he can catch up with power but not after breaking paletts and indoor maps are his weakness.
The distance change and grab range for survivor is ok but they would need to revert more( vault speed, recharge time after token loss when breaking palett) to not make him less capable then he is now ( he is one of few killers who got nerfed a lot in short time others are chucky and xeno).0 -
I don't really mind his CD in general, it just feels REALLY long when breaking pallets and vaulting windows. The vault CD is fine with how strong it is though. (if they dont change it)

Imo he needs 2 other ones aswell,
- Enrage vault should be slower, it should be a tool for god pallets/save pallets like wesker vault.
- Minimum leap distance needs to be 3 meters instead of 5, this makes the power feel clunky on indoor maps and when you are trying to body block in loops.

Kidnap tech idk how old this is, claims to be 2 days old. I played like 25 matchest with him and didnt notice any bugs. But if this bug didnt happen she would make it to the window, this works in rare cases.

Those are very valid points, especially the minimum leap distance. I forget how AWFUL it can be.

I think I would just remove injuries from grabs and then revert the other nerfs. Remove the speed boost survivors get from the grab and reduce the grab vault speed.

I would love these changes. The only other thing I want is reducing the minimum required distance for a leap from 5 meters to 3 meters.
