Free hits feel awful, you shouldn't have to accept you're getting hit without any skill from the other side.
Fundamentally, Ghoul's initial injury will always be easy. We can't fix that, but we can improve it.

In attempt to nerf the grab, the total range was nerfed by -2. It didnt effect Ghoul balance wise, and barely helped the issue. It just feels bad and became really annoying for the killer.

Firstly, we need to separate the environment range from the grab (injure) range.
Currently, both are 14 meters, 15 with handkerchief.

The grab range should be nerfed to 8 - 10.

The enviroment range should be buffed back to 16.
Additionally, handkerchief should be reverted to 2 meters.

With these changes I can see Ghoul being a lot more tolerable as survivor, and fluid as killer.

Also, the CD after breaking a pallet is a tad too long. It was 2.5 initially, 5 seconds now.
3.5 - 4 seconds would be fair.
